Homemade Creamy Rice Pudding

For me the pudding can tend to dry out in the oven and I like mine to be more of a custard like consistency
- 1 - cup cooked rice or use leftover cooked rice
- 1/3 -cup flour
- 3/4 - cup sugar
- 1/4 - teaspoon salt
- 2 - cups whole or low fat milk
- 3 - egg yolks, beaten
- 1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
- cinnamon sugar for garnish
Peanut Butter Cup Brownies…

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Bring to boil:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- Remove from heat; let cool.
- In a bowl mix in with cocoa mixture:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- After they are done!!!
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Vegetable Pizza I

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
- 1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Grilled Short-Order Burgers

1 Combine pressed garlic, salt, pepper, egg and bread crumbs in medium mixing bowl
- 4 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tsp (5 mL) each salt and black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) plain bread crumbs
- 1 1/4 lb (575 g) 85% lean ground beef or 93% lean ground turkey
- 1 large onion
- 8 small hamburger buns (3-in./7.5-cm each), split
- 8 oz (250 g) sliced white mushrooms
- 8 slices white cheddar or Swiss cheese

- 2 cans whole green beans (you can do more green beans if you are serving a lot of people)
- 1 Tbs. minced garlic
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. Nature's Seasons or salt and pepper
- 1 cup brown sugar
- dash Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup Wostershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 5-6 slices of bacon (cut each in half)
Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup !

1 Season your chicken with salt and pepper and set aside, cut up all your veggies and set aside
- 2 containers of chicken stock ( it doesn't matter what size )
- 1/2 container of chicken broth ( it doesn't matter what size)
- 8 celery stalks , diced into bite size pieces
- 1 bag of small carrots , chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp of onion , diced finely
- 3 medium sized yellow potatoes , peeled and diced into bite size pieces
- 6 to 8 c of water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 8 pkg chicken bouillon packets lower soduim
- 1 pkg of extra wide egg noodles ( u may use any brand you like )

- 1 cup Coca Cola (diet or regular works)
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt or Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper or less to your taste
- 1 (18 oz.) jar of peach preserves (I used Smucker's)
- 1 (18 oz.) bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle Barbeque sauce

Melt Butter in a baking dish and pour "Bowl 2" over it
- Bowl 1 - combine Peaches, Lemon Juice, and Vanilla Extract
- Bowl 2 - stir Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, and Salt - then whisk in Milk and Vanilla Extract

In a large bowl, combine peaches, pineapples, and vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (29 ounce) can peach slices
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 1 (3 1/8 ounce) box dry vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 lb of strawberries, (quartered)
- 1 banana, (sliced)
- 1/2 pint blueberries
- 1 bunch grapes (I use the red ones)
- 1 -2 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Crunchy Asian Slaw!

Place the slaw mix in a large bowl
- 1 pkg. coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions, including some of the green blades
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 pkgs. Ramen chicken flavored noodles (use the seasoning packets for the dressing)
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
