- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon + 1/2 tsp ginger + 1/4 tsp nutmeg (or 1.75 tsp pumpkin pie spice)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
