Ingredients

    Cup Fat Free Yogurt

  • ¼

    Cup Lemon Juice

  • 2

    Tbs Chili Powder

  • 2

    Tbs Paprika

  • 2

    Tbs Olive Oil

  • 1.5

    Tsp Salt

  • 1

    Tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • ½

    Tsp Garlic Powder

  • ¼

    Tsp Ground Ginger

  • ¼

    Tsp Cardamom

  • Tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Combine all of the above ingredients in large freezer bag with 4-5 lbs Chicken. Marinate overnight. Grill or broil chicken. Discard marinade.
