- 1 3/4 c. boiling water

Savory Parmesan Bites

HEAT oven to 350°F. BEAT cream cheese and 3/4 cup Parmesan with mixer until well blended
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Bulgur-Stuffed Summer Vegetables

- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow)
- 2 zucchini and/or yellow summer squash
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Peppers & Squash

Stir fry veggies in oil and butter, starting with longer cooking veggies first
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs butter
- 1/2 of each red, yellow and gr. pepper, cut in strips
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 patty pan squash, peeled and sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tomato cut in wedges
Asparagus Soup

Trim the asparagus, discarding tough ends
- 2 bunches pencil asparagus (about 2 lbs)
- 2 tsp salt, plus more for blanching water
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 med onions, finely chopped (2 cups)
- ground pepper to taste
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 c. instant potato flakes
- Creme fraiche, for serving (opt)
Chicken Rice Soup

Sauté the onions and carrots in butter
- 2 tbs melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped carrot
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
- Leftover chicken pieces
- 1 tbs Spike Seasoning
- 1 c. frozen gr. peas
- 2 tbs finely chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
Left-Over Beef Stew Pot Pie

- 1 tbs butter
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
Mexican Pizza

Set up the grill for direct cooking over medium heat
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa (recommended: Pace)
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef
- 4 garlic-herb wraps (recommended: Mission), or any large tortilla
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese (recommended: Kraft)
- 1 (16-ounce) can refried black beans (recommended: Rosarita)
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- Nacho rings, for garnish
