Chicken Tortilla Soup

Combine chicken, onion, garlic, tomatoes, broth, salt, pepper and green chilies in a slow cooker
- 4 boneless, skinless breasts chicken, cubed into very small pieces
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 16oz can of diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 4oz can mild green chiles
- 2 tbs oil
- 4 corn tortillas, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 2 tbs coarsely chopped cilantro

- 1 bag of frozen cauliflower florets (or one small head) - cooked

- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 3/4 cup fat free half and half
- 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 1/4 cup green onions (or to taste)

- 1 container (15 oz.) POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese

- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 6 lasagna noodles, uncooked
