PF Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps (Copycat)

Damn Delicious, modified ~ The original recipe calls for fresh grated ginger & Sriracha, which I didn’t use
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 TB soy sauce
- 1 TB rice wine vinegar (aka rice vinegar)
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 green onions, thinly sliced
- Kosher salt & black pepper
- 1 head butter lettuce
Pecan Crusted Tilapia
