Directions In a small bowl, combine the first five ingredients
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons diced peeled apple
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 20 slices bread
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Crouton Crushed Chicken Tenders with Orange Barbeque Sauce

- 1 (6-ounce) bag garlic and butter croutons
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
- 1/3 cup barbeque sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Perfect Popcorn

Place the oil, popcorn and salt in a large, 6-quart, metal mixing bowl
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 3 ounces popcorn kernels, approximately 1/2 cup
- 1/2 teaspoon popcorn salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Mexican Rice Casserole

Directions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 to 1 whole large onion, chopped
- 4 cups long grain rice
- Two 14.5-ounce cans whole tomatoes
- One 10-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiles, such as Rotel
- 1 teaspoon cumin (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 6 to 8 cups low-sodium chicken broth (more if needed)
- 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for serving
DUGGAR HOMEMADE ROLLS

Pour onto floured surface
- Slowly add:
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. flour
- Combine first 5 ingr. in large bowl & cut with pastry cutter.
- 2 eggs beat in 2 c. measuring cup, fill cup to 2 cup mark
- with hot water. Pour over dry mixture.
- 3 c. flour
- Cover. Let Rise 20 min. in warm oven.
Balsamic Dijon Vinaigrette

To make vinaigrette, combine balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard and honey
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)

- 8 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 small red onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 2 cups chopped cooked broccoli
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar (2 ounces)

- 16 oz. can pinto beans
- 1/2 c. wheat flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 c. cooked white rice
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 6 green peppers
