Halloween Poke Cake

This moist marble cake features a buttery frosting and cute candy pumpkins on top
- 1 package (18-1/4 oz) fudge marble cake mix
- 2 packages (3 oz each) orange gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup butter, soft
- 3-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12-15 candy pumpkins/candy corn
Quick Baked Potatoes

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise
- 4 lg. baking potatoes, scrubbed
- 2-3 T. melted butter or margarine
- paprika
- 2 T. parmesan cheese
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Brush cut sides with melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika and cheese. Place cut side down on oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. until tender.
Creamy Chocolate Mousse

In chilled mixing bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 3 T. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. chocolate syrup
- 3 T. baking cocoa
- In chilled mixing bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate syrup and cocoa. Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate.
Bubble Loaf

Let dough stand at room temp
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 T. melted butter
- 1 T. milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Brownie Bottom Pudding Pie

Heat oven to 350 (325 for glass)
- 4 sq. Baker's semisweet baking chocolate or 1 pkg. (4 oz.) Baker's German sweet baking chocolate
- 1/3 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. cold milk
- 2 pkg. instant pudding
- Cool Whip

- Dry Rub - equal parts:
- 1 Full slab Pork baby back ribs
- Brown sugar
- Garlic powder
- 1 cup of apple juice in packet
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup of apple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of bbq sauce
Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup applesauce
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups white sugar
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
Molasses Sugar Cookies

Melt Crisco over low heat
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Roll into 1 inch balls. Place in mini muffin cups
- Cream together:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Add:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- Mix Well
Oven Caramel Corn

Boil 5 min. Stir and add 1/2 tsp
- 8 qt. popped popcorn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white syrup
- 1 c. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- boil 5 min. Stir and add 1/2 tsp. soda, stir quick, remove from heat, pour over popped corn. Put in 2 large cake pans. Bake at 250 for one hour. Stir 2 or 3 times. Keep in tight container.
