- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 1/2 dozen large marshmallows
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 5 c. rice krispies

Chocolate Dessert

Mix together 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding 1 pkg
- Mix as pie crust; put in 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 min. and cool. Mix together:
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tub med. Size Cool Whip
- Pour into cooled crust and refrigerate 15 min.
Chocolate Mousse

Mix chocolate pudding, Cool Whip, milk, and chocolate syrup in a bowl
- 1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 lg. ctn. Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 T. chocolate syrup
- Marshmallows to taste
- Miniature chocolate chips
Rhubarb Cheese Cake

Cream layer: 16 oz. cream cheese 2 eggs 1/2 c
- Crust:
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- Mix together and pat into 9x13 pan.
- Rhubarb layer:
- 4 c. fresh rhubarb, diced fine
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 T. flour
- Combine in bowl, pour onto crust and bake at 350 for 15 min.
- Cream layer:
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time; pour over rhubarb layer and bake at 350 for 30 min. Combine 8 oz. sour cream, 2 T. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla
- Spread over hot layer and chill well.
Homemade Ice Cream with Oreo Cookies

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. coarsely crushed Oreo cookies (12)
