Spagetti Sauce

Homemade
- olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 6 cans tomato paste
- water to consistency
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Italian seasoning
- Oregano - spareingly
Parmesan Baked Potatoes

Pour butter into 9x13 pan
- 6 T. butter or margarine, melted
- 3 T. Parmesan cheese
- 8 med. unpeeled red potatoes, halved lengthwise
- Pour butter into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter. Place potatoes with cut side down over cheese. Bake, uncovered at 400 for 40-45 min
Crisp Wafer

Heat butter and chocolate together in top of double boiler
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, coarsely chopped
No Bake Bar

Mix eggs, sugar and butter together
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 1/4 c. small marshmallows
- 30 thin crushed graham crackers (1 pkg)
Crispy Parmesan Chicken Breasts

Reheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp blackpepper
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
No Mess Cake

Layer pineapple and juice, cherry pie mix and dry cake mix in greased 9x13 pan in order given
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
- 1 can cherry pie mix
- 1 box dry yellow cake mix
BBQ Meatballs/Smokies

Mix together. Crockpot until hot
- 6 pkg smokies or meatballs
- 3 1/2 cup Ketcup
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 T liquid smoke
- 2 T vinegar
Fruit Slush

Mix and freeze in 5 qt. ice cream pail
- 6 c. water
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- 1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 (12 oz) can frozen lemon juice concentrate
- 5 mashed bananas
- Mix and freeze in 5 qt. ice cream pail. Put 2 ice cream dips in glass and add 7-up.
Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

Mix cream cheese, 1 T. milk and sugar in lg
- 4 oz (1/2 of 8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 T. milk
- 1 T. sugar
- 1 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 Honey Maid graham pie crust
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can 15 oz. pumpkin
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
Corn Dip

Mix together and let sit for several hours or overnight
- 8 oz cream cheese (soft)
- 8 oz Mayo
- 8 oz shredded cheese
- 2 cans corn - drained
- 1 can petite, diced tomatoes - drained
