Cabbage Crunch Salad

Melt butter in lg. saucepan
- 1 stick butter
- 2 pkgs. Ramen chicken flavor Oriental noodles
- 2 oz. almonds
- 1/2 c. sunflower nuts
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1 s. head cabbage, shredded
Chicken Fried Rice

- 5 oz shredded, cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- shredded carrots
- thin onion slices
- 1 T olive oil
- low sodium soy sauce (to taste)
- chicken broth (optional)
- fresh ginger/or powder
- fresh garlic/or powder
Cherry Cheese Croissant

Hospitality Set, place triangles on the edge and spread cheese on the bottom, then the filling and fold over
- 1 cherry pie filling (any fruit filling)
- 1 - 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 pkgs Pillsbury crescent rolls
- Icing: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 T milk, 1 tsp vanilla and pour over the top.
Cocoa Frosting

Add to first mixture and blend well
- 1/3 c. soft butter
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- Blend this together.
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 T. milk
- Add to first mixture and blend well.
German Chocolate Pie

Heat chocolate and 2 T. of the milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted
- 4 oz. pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 8 inch graham cracker crust
Turkey Brine

Stir until combined, cool to room temp
- 1 gallon cold water
- 1 cup salt
- Combine in large stockpot. Heat until salt is dissolved.
- Add 4oz of cracked black peppercorns, 6 bay leaves, 4 sprigs of rosemary, 1 cup brown sugar.
Cheesy Corn

1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- 3 16oz. pkgs. frozen corn
- 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup butter, cubed
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 6 slices American cheese, cut into squares
Veggie Pizza

Spread mixture on cooled Crescent rolls
- Mix together:
- 2 - 8 oz crescent rolls (Roll out in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.)
- 2 - 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 Tbls dill weed
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Pretzel Pie

Filling: 1-1/2 qts. favorite ice cream (mint is good) 1/3 c
- Crust: 1 1/4 c. high quality pretzels
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. softened butter
- In blender, crush pretzels. In bowl, mix pretzel crumbs, sugar & butter until well blended. For a crust in 9" pie pan. Bake at 375 for 8 min. Freeze.
Golden Punch

Mix together
- 1 48oz can pinapple juice
- 1 pkg orange Kool-aid
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 qt water
- 1 bottle ginger
