- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1 C fresh blueberries
- 1 C pecans (optional)
- Streusel:
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/3 C flour
- 1/4 C cold butter
Feta-Stuffed Chicken Burgers

- 1 # uncooked ground chicken breast
- 1 T fresh oregano
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 7 T feta cheese, crumbled

- 1 1/2 cups white sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons white sugar, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Step 1 – Prep oven and croutons: Preheat your oven to 350° F
- 5-ounce package of garlic croutons

Combine flour and salt; cut in shortening until coarse crumbs
- Pastry:
- 3 Cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup shortening
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 Cup milk
- Filling:
- 6 Cups peeled, sliced apples
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 C butter or margarine, melted
- 2 T flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/2 C p. sugar
- 2-3 t water
- or
- cream cheese frosting
Pecan Pie

Mix all ingredients well and pour into pie shell
- 1 C pecans
- 1 C Karo syrup (1/2 dark, 1/2 light)
- 1/4 C melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 C sugar
Nectarine-Blueberry Crisp

1. Mix oats, flour, b sugar, and salt in bowl
- Topping:
- 1 C quick oats
- 3/4 C flour
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 8 T (1 stick) cold butter, cut in pieces
- Filling:
- 8-10 nectarines, sliced 1/4 " thick
- 2 C blueberries, thawed
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 t cinnamon
