Put all ingredients in crock pot
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 pkg au jus mix
- 1 pkg italian dressing (zesty)

Dakota Bread

Sprinkle yeast in warm water
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (105 degrees F)
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup rye flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- Cornmeal
- 1 egg white
Banana Muffins

Mix ingredients together and bake in muffin tins
- 1/2 C oil
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C mashed bananas
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 t baking soda in 1 t water
Pumpkin white chip cookies

1.Pre-heat oven to 350 2
- Ingredients
- •1 c shortening
- •1 c brown sugar
- •1 c canned pumpkin
- •1 egg
- •1 tsp vanilla extract
- •2 c all purpose flour
- •1 tsp baking powder
- •1 tsp ground cinnamon
- •1/2 tsp baking soda
- •1/2 tsp salt
- •1/4 tsp ground ginger
- •1/2 tsp nutmeg
- •1 c white chocolate baking chips
Sesame Ginger Chicken

Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T honey
- 1 T sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 green onions but into strips.
Pumpkin Bars

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin together
- 4 eggs
- 1 C oil
- 2 C sugar
- 1-15 oz can pumpkin
- 2 C flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ginger
- 1/2 t. cloves
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 1 t. vanilla
All-Bran Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 375F Stir together flour, baking soda & salt
- 2 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup all-bran original
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 16oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Parmesan Baked Salmon

1. Heat oven to 400. 2. Mix mayo, cheese and pepper until well blended 3
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 2 T parmesan cheese
- 1/8 t ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 4 salmon fillets (1 lb)
- 2 t lemon juice
- 10 Ritz crackers, crushed (about 1/2 C)
Sour Cream Rhubarb Pie

Combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg
- Topping:
- 1 C sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1 C (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 egg
- 3 C chopped rhubarb
- 1 unbaked pastry shell
- 1/2 C oatmeal
- 1/3 C flour
- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1/2 t grated orange or lemon peel
- 1/3 C cold butter
Veggie Pancakes

1.Combine the shredded veggies with the eggs, flour, and salt
- 2 cups shredded veggies (I like to use a mix including things like white potatoes, sweet potatoes, zucchini, yellow squash and/or carrots…whatever you have on hand)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon whole-wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Olive oil for cooking
- Optional garnish: sour cream and/or applesauce
