Salted Nut Squares

Place half of peanuts in ungreased 11x7 pan
- 3 C salted peanutss without skins, DIVIDED
- 3 T butter
- 2 C peanut butter chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 C miniature marshmallows
2 Ingredient Cinnamon Apple Cake

Mix together, pour into greased baking dish, bake 30 + min in 350 oven
- 1 can of apple pie filling + dry angel food cake mix.

Tater Tot Taco Casserole

Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen Mexican-style corn
- 1 (12 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (12 ounce) bag shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can enchilada sauce

- 1/4 cup milk
- 16 oz refrigerated breakfast biscuits (I used the Pillsbury flakey kind)
