- 2/3 cup corn syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups crisp rice cereal

- TRUFFLES:

Crunchy-Herbed Chicken Breasts

In a shallow bowl, mix the first nine ingredients
- 2/3 cup panko (Japanese) bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 T minced fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 T minced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 t. minced fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten

- 1 whole garlic bulb
- 1 t. plus 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- 1 medium white onion, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 1/4 cups marshmallow creme
- 1/8 teaspoon mint extract
- 8 drops green food color
- 1 box Betty Crocker ultimate fudge Premium brownie mix (with fudge pouch)
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
- 3/4 cup white vanilla baking chips
- 1 cup Whipped vanilla frosting
- 18 mint creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped (3 cups)
