Chocolate Velvet Dessert

1. In a small bowl, combine wafer crumbs and sugar; stir in butter

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3 T baking cocoa
- 3 to 4 T 2% milk

Heat oven to 350°F. Mix brownie mix, applesauce, 2 egg whites and water until blended
- 1 pkg. (19 to 21 oz.) brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3 egg whites, divided
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pkg. Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 stick butter, softened

- 1 1/2 t. vanilla
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Pina Colada Smoothie

Mint Chocolate Torte

In a small bowl, combine cocoa and water until smooth; set aside
- FILLING:
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup milk
- Dash salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 to 3 drops green food coloring, optional
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Apple Butter

In a large stainless steel saucepan, bring the cider to a boil
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider
- 8 medium apples, unpeeled, uncored, and thinly sliced
- 2 T honey (optional)
- 1/4 t. cinnamon (optional)
- 1/8 t. ground allspice (optional)
- 1/8 t. ground cloves (optional)
Grasshopper Pie

- Filling:

- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1/2 t. mint extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream

- PECAN MIXTURE:
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1 T flour
- 1 T cinnamon
