Heavenly Cherry Pie

Lightly butter a 9 inch pie plate
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs (about 25 wafers)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 21oz. can cherry pie filling
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 of a 6 oz. pkg. white chocolate baking squares (3 squares)
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- whipped cream (optional)
- chocolate curls or leave (optional)
Blue Coconut Margaritas

Mix all ingredients and serve over ice in a glass with a salted rim
- 1 oz. coconut rum
- 1/2 oz. tequila
- 1/2 oz. blue curacao

- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 T ketchup
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)

Chocolate Toffee Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
