Baked Dutch Apple Pie

1. Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk
- 1 Graham Pie Crust
- 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
- 5 1/2 cups peeled and thinly sliced cooking apples
- 1 T lemon juice*
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 T flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Topping
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter

- 1 1/2 t. lemon extract

- 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar

- 6 candy canes, finely chopped (about 1/3 cup), divided

- 36 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed

Deep Dish Layered Banana Pudding

Heat oven to 350ºF. Crush 30 wafers; mix with next 4 ingredients
- 46 Nilla Wafers, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped Pecans
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 T butter, melted
- 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

The Perfect Apple Pie

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix flour and salt in large bowl
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup shortening
- 5 to 7 T ice cold water
- 6 cups thinly sliced peeled tart apples (about 4 large apples)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 T lemon juice (optional)
Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie

Make the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- For the crust:
- 4 T unsalted butter, melted, plus more for the pie plate
- 9 whole graham crackers (1 sleeve), roughly broken
- 1/4 cup cocktail peanuts
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- For the filling:
- 1/4 cup cold heavy cream
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
