Fleischmann’s 1-Dish Cinnamon Swirl

Mix batter ingredients in an 8x8 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray
- Batter:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 7 envelopes Fleischmann’s RapidRise yeast
- 2/3 cups very warm milk (120-130 degrees F)
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. corn oil
- 1 egg
- Cinnamon Mixture:
- 3 tsp butter, softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Icing:
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 to 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt

- 3-ounce square unsweetened chocolate, chopped

- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons peppermint schnapps
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
- 40 dark chocolate-covered thin mints, unwrapped
- For the Glaze:
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 8 oz. good-quality semisweet chocolate, chopped

1. Add the vegetable oil to the pressure cooker and heat on high or "brown" with the lid off until sizzling

- 2 2 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 1 1 cup onion, chopped large
- 1 1 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 1 1 can diced tomatoes, with liquid (14-16 ounces)
- 2 2 2 tsp. chicken base mixed into 2 cups of water
- 1 1 1 can mild green chile peppers, with liquid (4 ounces)
- 1 1 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2 2 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 2 2 tbsp. cornmeal
- to and pepper to taste
- shredded cheddar cheese, for garnish
