Jewish Apple Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 5-6 apples, peeled and sliced into thimble-sized chunks
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 5 tbsp. sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

1.Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large frying pan over medium heat
- 1 1 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 2 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 1 1 cup sliced mushrooms if you don't like mushrooms you can add more broccoli instead
- 2 2 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 1 1 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth or water
- 1 1 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 2 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 1 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 1 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- to and pepper to taste
5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Add dry ingredients to a large coffee mug, and mix well
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Biscuit Breakfast Bake

- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 16 oz refrigerated breakfast biscuits (I used the Pillsbury flakey kind) ***DO NOT COOK FIRST***
- 4 scallions (green onions, spring onions, whatever you prefer to call them)
- 1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- If you’re into the meats – cooked center cut bacon or cooked sausage
- 11 ×17 pan, sprayed with cooking spray (Note: I think a 9×13 works better, but it might need to bake a little longer)
Nutmeg-Sour Cream Sugar Cookies

1. Whisk flour, baking powder, nutmeg, baking soda and salt in large bowl
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 About 1/4 cup white or colored coarse sparkling sugar or granulated sugar
Frank’s Original Buffalo Chicken Wings

- 1.6 cups of coconut milk (26 tablespoons)

1. Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef until no longer pink

- 1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
