Cinnamon Bun Cake

With an electric mixer or stand-up mixer, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla
- Glaze:
- 3 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup milk -buttermilk is better!
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 T butter, melted
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 T cinnamon
- 2/3 cups nuts (optional)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 T milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cream Puff Cake

boil together the margarine and water add flour and mix well cool slightly and stir in eggs one at a time mix well

- 2 cups water
- 1 cup flour

- 1 large box instant vanilla or white chocolate pudding

- Sauce:
- 1 lb (16 oz) boneless, skinless salmon fillet, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (Progresso has panko-style breadcrumbs now)
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce (I went with the classic Lea & Perrins)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (I used Pompeian)
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce

General Tso's Chineese Chicken

: Place sauce ingredients in a quart jar with a lid and shake to mix
- CORNSTARCH SLURRY:
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup cornstarch

- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup white vinegar
- 1/8 cup white wine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- to serve chicken separate from sauce so as to be more crispy, add 3/4 C + 2 tbs of water + 2 dashes of soy to sauce mixture

- 32 oz chicken broth

Cheesy Southwest Chicken Soup

In a large pot, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat
- 4 tbsp Land O’ Lakes butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 poblano, seeds removed and chopped
- 1 4 oz. can diced green chiles
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder, divided
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin, divided
- 3 tbsp Gold Medal flour
- 1 quart Swanson chicken broth
