Alfredo Sauce

In a medium saucepan add butter, heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream (2 cups)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
EGG FU YUNG

Mince all the vegetables, and shred the meat
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 pint bean sprouts
- 4 tablespoons scallions
- 4 teaspoons bamboo shoots
- 4 water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup ham
- 1 1/3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons water

- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup white onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, chopped

- 2 cups tomato sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, washed and sliced
