Heat oven to 375°F. Combine flour, dry pudding mix, baking soda and salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened, divided
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4-1/2 tsp. milk
- few drops red food coloring
- 12 large JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
- 24 JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
Tuscan Creamy Butter Shrimp

1-In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb.shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers
- 2 organic baby spinach
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

HEAT oven to 350°F. PREPARE cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Fudge Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
- 1 tub (10.6 oz.) COOL WHIP Chocolate Whipped Frosting, thawed
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 4 graham crackers, coarsely broken into pieces

- 1 cup Smirnoff Watermelon Vodka
- ¹⁄³ cup Malibu Coconut Rum
- ¹⁄³ cup Triple Sec
- 4 Scoops Country Time Pink Lemonade Mix
- 4 Cups Water
- Fruit: strawberries, blueberries and lemon
Taco Casserole

In a large skillet cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is done
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/3 cup taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans, or you can use 16 oz. of my prepared homemade refried beans
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sliced olives, sour cream, avocados and salsa.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
