Magic Shell Topping

Melt all ingredients in sauce pan over low heat
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/8 - 1/4 cup honey (can eliminate for sugar free)
- 10 drops vanilla stevia liquid
Banana "Ice Cream"

Blend bananas in blender. Add honey, vanilla, cinnamon, salt & milk
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
Weight Watchers Chocolate Mint Dessert

1. Line six muffin holes with foil muffin liners
- 1 oz chocolate wafer(s), about 5 cookies
- 1/4 tsp mint extract
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 7 oz fat free whipped topping, about 1 whole aerosol can
- 1/4 cup(s) fat free skim milk
- 3 piece(s) Weight Watchers by Whitman's Mint patties, frozen, chopped
- 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
- 6 Tbsp whipped topping light or fat free, vanilla or chocolate

- Season with:
- 5 lb. 7 bone roast beef (boneless)
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard/or wet mustard
- 2 cups barbeque sauce or ketsup
- 2 cups celery
- 1 large onion
- parsley
- 1 large green pepper
- 1/2 cup pickle relish
- 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1 cup water

Here’s a vegetarian update on a vintage comfort food meal
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (can substitute canola or grapeseed oil)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 medium carrots, diced or grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup dry quinoa (rinsed if directed on package)
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 3 large bell peppers (any color)
- 1 fifteen-ounce can no-salt-added black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 eight-ounce can no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (may substitute regular paprika)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons garam masala (Indian spice blend available in gourmet and Asian markets)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Sauce
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, divided
- 2 onions, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 2 tablespoons garam masala
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- One 28-ounce can whole tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
