Ingredients
- Season with:
- 5 lb. 7 bone roast beef (boneless)
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard/or wet mustard
- 2 cups barbeque sauce or ketsup
- 2 cups celery
- 1 large onion
- parsley
- 1 large green pepper
- 1/2 cup pickle relish
- 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1 cup water

Step 1
Roast in 250 degree oven all day until it falls apart. Take off bones & fat. Serve on buns.
