Add all, add chopped onion to taste, diced jalapeno pepper, cilantro (bunch), 1/2 lime squeezed
- 15 oz Bush's black beans (seasoned) drained and rinse
- 11 oz can white shoe peg corn (Giant) drained
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes w/ basil, garlic, oregano with juice
- 10 oz Rotell diced tomatoes with green chilis (drained)
- 8 oz Italian dressing (WishBone)
Artichoke Spinach Dip

- 1 pint heavy cream
- 6 oz spinach (chopped, fresh or frozen)
- 2 oz Swiss cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 11 oz artichoke hearts, canned
- 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 oz Asiago cheese
- 2 oz roasted red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
CRANBERRY CHICKEN

Mix three ingredients. Mash the berries
- 1 can cranberry sauce (whole berries)
- 8 oz bottle Sweet and Spicy dressing
- 1 package onion soup (Lipton)

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 to 1 tsp mint extract
- 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 c 10X sugar

Taco Seasoning

Add 2-3T to each recipe. Store in an airtight container
- 1 1/2 c chili powder
- 1/4 c garlic powder
- 1/4 c onion powder
- 1/4 c red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c paprika
- 1/4 c oregano
- 1/2 c black pepper
- 1/2 c cumin
- 1/8 c salt
Glazed Pineapple Kielbasa Bites

- 1 (14 oz.) regular Kielbasa, sliced
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, reserve juice
- 3 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. pineapple juice (from can)
