ALMOND CRAB SPREAD

Combine cream cheese, Swiss cheese, sour cream, nutmeg and pepper
- 8 oz cream cheese, soft 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 c Swiss cheese, shred 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/3 c sour cream 3 T onions, chopped
- 6 oz can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/3 c sliced almonds, toasted
STUFFED MUSHROOMS (Makes 24)

Mix all ingredients together
- 2 dozen medium-size mushroom caps
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp oregano
- 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz jar Italian cooking sauce
- 1 small stick pepperoni, chopped
Salmon Marinade

Remove any bones from the filet and place into a shallow dish or gallon sized resealable plastic bag
- 1 salmon filet
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1 6 oz Stove top Stuffing Mix for chicken
- 1 1/4 c water

CRAB DIP

Make ahead – better if it stands
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- onion salt and onion flakes (sprinkle)
- dash of Accent
- ketchup (to make mixture pink)
- dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 can (6 oz) crab, drained
- 2 tsp green part of scallion, chopped
HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

Throw potatoes. Mix seasonings and add potatoes
- 2 lb hash browns
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 10 oz cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c onion
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 2 c corn flakes or crushed Ritz

Preheat oven to 350 degrees line cookie sheets with parchment paper lightly sprayed with butter cooking spray
- 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3 3/4 cup flour
- 5 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
