- 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant cheesecake pudding, unprepared
- 1 cup International Delight French Vanilla Creamer
- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 4 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 3 kiwi, peeled and cut into half moons
- 2 mangoes, cut into bite size chunks
- 1 banana, cut into coins
- juice of 1/2 lemon
COLLEEN’S CHEESE DIP

Shape into ball. Roll in parsley
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 c Monterey or Colby cheese
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 8 oz pineapple, drained

Combine sugar and evaporated milk in large saucepan
- 4 1/2 c sugar
- 7 oz jar marshmallow
- 12 oz evap milk
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 9 (1.55oz) milk chocolate candy bars
- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla
CATHY’S LASAGNA

Cook beef in large skillet
- Sauce:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 c chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- green and red pepper
- 15 oz Italian stewed tomatoes
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- Filling:
- Filling: 2 eggs (beaten), 15 oz ricotta, 1/2 c Parmesan, 2 T parsley, 1/2 tsp pepper

- 1 package frozen bread dough (divide - two pans)

- 1/2 c sugar 1/4 c Southern Comfort
CREAMY LOBSTER SOUP

- 4 c milk
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 T paprika
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c lobster stock
- 1/4 c sherry
- 1/4 c lobster or chicken base
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/4 c lobster meat (diced)
- 1 T brandy
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- Pinch parsley

- 1/2 c butter
- 2 c sugar
- 1/2 c whole milk
- 4 T cocoa
- 1/2 c peanut butter

Crispy Cheddar Chicken

Crush crackers. If using chicken breasts and not tenders, cut each chicken breast into 3 large pieces
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs chicken tenders or 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
NUTTY YAM BAKE

- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 c milk
