Zucchini Parmesan Chips

- 2 medium zucchini (about 1 pound total)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan (3/4-ounce)
- 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
SHIRLEY’S BEEF BAKE

- Brown 2 lb hamburger and onion.
- Add 2 boxes macaroni and cheese (cooked pasta and cheese)

- 1 1/2 c celery, diced
- 1/2 lb sharp cheese
- 1/4 c onion, diced

- 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 2 T worchestershire
- 3/4 c butter
- 1 1/2 c chicken
- 1/4 c flour
- 3/4 c parmesan cheese
- dash of pepper

Beat butter in mixer. Beat in flour, sugar and salt
- 1 c butter
- 12 oz semi-sweet morsels
- 2 c flour
- 14 oz sweetened cond milk
- 1/2 c sugar

GOOD LEMON PIE

- 1 1/2 c sugar

- 6 T cornstarch
- 4-5 drops yellow color

- 1 1/4 c water

- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 c milk

Bring water and vinegar to boil
- 2 c sugar, 1 c water, 1/2 c vinegar, 6 eggs beaten together

In saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch, stir in water
- 1 c sugar
- 3 T margarine
- 1/2 c cornstarch
- 14 oz sweet cond milk
- 2 1/2 c cold water
- 8 oz cc, softened
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 3.5 oz inst lemon pudd
- 2/3 c lemon juice
- 2 pie shells
- 1/8 tsp salt
