You can use a London broil, sirloin or a flank steak
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Stir dry ingredients in one bowl, the wet in another
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 stick (8 Tablespoons) butter, melted
- 1 cup buttermilk

- 1/2 1/2 1-1/2 Lb lamb cut into 1-1/2 cubes
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

- 2 2 cloves 2 medium cloves garlic crushed
- 1 1 1 medium green pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 medium onion

Spaghetti Squash with Meat Sauce

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 large yellow onion, diced
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves fresh garlic (or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt)
- Salt/pepper to taste
- 1 small spaghetti squash
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (Muir Glen Italian Herb is our fave)
Spicy Baked Shrimp

Combine garlic, butter, salt, tarragon, marjoram and Tabasco; cream together
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon tarragon
- Dash of Tabasco
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 3 LBS shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Chopped parsley (optional)

Marinated Cucumbers, Onions, and Tomatoes

- 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup oil

- 2/3 Rotisserie chicken, diced
- 1/2 large yellow onion, diced
- 2-3 stalks celery, diced

- 1 large regular lemon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pitted oil-cured olives (about 1/2 of a 10 ounce jar)

- 1 cup finely sliced chives or 1 bunch green onions, trimmed, white and tender greens chopped
- 6 large cloves garlic, finely chopped, about 2 tablespoons
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1-1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh oregano
- 2 teaspoons each; finely chopped rosemary and thyme
