  • 3 Tb. Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 6 eggs
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Thin red onion slices
  • Chopped ham
  • Tuna chunks
  • Tomato slices
  • Cubes of cooked beef or chicken
  • Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
