Greek Spinach Pie
- Desired garnish:
- 1 package (11 oz) pie-crust mix
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh spinach or 2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
- 2 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 3 Tb. Butter or margarine
- 3 Tb. Flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Dash nutmeg
- 6 eggs
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Thin red onion slices
- Chopped ham
- Tuna chunks
- Tomato slices
- Cubes of cooked beef or chicken
- Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Roasted Broccoli

Preheat oven to 425º. Remove bulk stems from broccoli
- 1 - Head of broccoli
- Olive oil or coconut oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Garlic salt

Crescent rolls are used for this tasty bake crust filled with sliced corn beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese
- 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 1/4 pounds deli corned beef, sliced
- 1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 2/3 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 3 teaspoons caraway seeds

- For the chicken:
- 1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
