Mom's Homemade Applesauce
- 3LB Bag of Macintosh Apples
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 2 Cups Water
- (If you have apple juice throw some in to equal the 2 cups of liquid)

Make the crepes and Farmers cheese filling
- Crepe:
- Use 6 egg yolks
- Use 6 to 8 eggs
- Beat in mixing bowl with mixer
- Add
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1-teaspoon salt
- 3-cups flour
- 6-cups milk
- Cheese filling:
- 3 lbs cheese (farmers)
- 3/4 to 1-cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 6 –8 eggs
- Mixture has to be moist
- Adjust to taste
Apple Cider Margaritas

Add a few spoonfuls of cane sugar, coarse sugar and cinnamon to a plate
- ingredients:
- 1 ounce Grand Marnier
- 1 ounce gold tequila
- 5-6 ounces sweet apple cider
- orange segments and apple slices
- cinnamon + cane sugar + coarse sugar for glass rimming
- cinnamon sticks for garnish

- Salad
- 6 cups spring greens
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
