Grape Jelly Meatballs

Great for cocktail parties
- 5 LB bag of frozen cocktail-size meatballs
- 1 (32 ounce) jar of grape jelly
- 2 (12 ounce) bottles of tomato based chili sauce (such as Heinz) I use Asian chili sauce
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Strawberry Cabernet Dessert

Strawberries and wine mixture over Ice cream
- 1-1/4 Cup Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1-1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 Pints strawberries, halved
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 pint of vanilla ice-cream
Apple Cider Sangria

Combine all ingredients together and stir, stir, stir
- 1 bottle (standard size) of pinot grigio
- 2 1/2 cups fresh apple cider
- 1 cup club soda
- 1/2 cup ginger brandy
- 3 honey crisp apples, chopped
- 3 pears, chopped
Three Bean Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together the cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper
- 1 15-oz can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15-oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 Red Bell pepper, diced
- 1 small yellow onion, or 3 scallions chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoons black pepper

- Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 2 cup gluten-free oats
- 3/4 - 1 cup almond flour (or almond meal)

- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup heaping almond butter, melted
