Frozen S’mores Crunch Cake

- 1 box Nature Valley™ Crunchy Granola Bar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 cups whipped topping
- 1 (16 ounce) container marshmallow fluff
- 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup thick hot fudge sauce (or chocolate hazelnut spread)
Triple Berry Dutch Baby

. . Once the eggs are whipped to a frenzy… milk, flour, cinnamon, and salt are added
- For the Dutch Baby:
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature for 30 minutes
- 2/3 cup whole milk, at room temperature
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- For the Berries:
- 2 cups fresh berries (I used sliced strawberries, fresh raspberries, and fresh blueberries)
Sweet Plum Sorbet

In a large saucepan over medium heat, stir together water and sugar until the sugar is dissolved
- 2 cups water
- 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- just over 1 pound of ripe plums (I used 9 medium purple plums), sliced into chunks, pits discarded
- pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vodka (optional)
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped, shelled salted pistachios
No Bake Peach Cheesecake Bars

Fresh peaches top this amazingly fluffy, no bake cheesecake bar with a ground oat and graham cracker base
- CRUST:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- CHEESECAKE FILLING:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- PEACH TOPPING:
- 3 cups fresh peaches, diced (See Note 1)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

In a small saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- BURGERS:
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 pounds ground turkey or chuck 80/20 or Enhance the Flavor With Johnsonville Sweet Italian Sausage split 50/50
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- Toppings of your choice

In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp; add ham and onion
- 1 pound sliced bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 10 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 cup cubed cooked potatoes
- 3 cups (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- Dash salt and pepper

- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 lemon
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups freshly chopped strawberries

- 1/4 cup coarsely crushed black peppercorns
- 4 (6 ounce) beef tenderloin filets, 1 1/2 inches thick

- 1 1/4 cups warm milk (no hotter than 120°F)
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast, or 2 1/4 teaspoons quick-rise yeast
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 3 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour, plus more for sprinkling
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- Egg wash:
- 1 large egg yolk

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place pie shell on a sturdy baking sheet and set aside
- 1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 6 cups 1/2-inch-thick sliced peeled apples (1 1/2 to 2 pounds)
- 8-12 slices uncooked bacon (preferably dry-cured)
