Hearty Tortilla Soup

In 4-quart Dutch oven or stockpot, add chicken broth, tomatoes, chiles and beans
- 1 carton (32 oz) Progresso™ reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ diced green chiles
- 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ refried beans
- 2 cups shredded deli-style rotisserie chicken
- Tortilla chips, as desired
- Make it FRESH toppings, if desired
Quakertown Crumb Cake

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses or Karo
- 1 egg
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 T flour
- 1 t vanilla
- unbaked pie crust
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 t baking soda
Slow Cooker Caramelized Chicken

Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1-1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup low sodium/lite soy sauce, optional Tamari
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Vodka Slush

Boil water and sugar Mix with rest of ingredients Freeze overnight Scoop into glass Pour 7 UP or Ginger Ale on top
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 7.5oz. 100% pure Minute Maid lemon juice
- 1 6oz. frozen orange juice
- 3/4 cup Vodka
Chunky Applesauce

- 6 medium apples, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Asparagus-Potato Frittata

Cooking Directions 1. Cook onion and basil in oil in 10-inch skillet until tender
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte® Whole New Potatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 can (15 oz.) Del Monte® Extra-Long Asparagus Spears, drained
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 4 eggs

- 1 large onion, finely chopped (about 1 cup)

- 1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen™ organic fire roasted crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 pouches (9 oz each) Progresso™ Recipe Starters® fire roasted tomato cooking sauce
- 1 package (1 oz) chili seasoning mix
- 2 to 3 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)

- 1 cup frozen corn

- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cooked diced ham
