Saucy Sweet and Sour Chicken

- 2 1/2 - 3 pounds meaty chicken pieces (breast halves, thighs, and drumsticks), skinned

- 1/2 12 ounce can (about 3/4 cup) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- Hot cooked rice or fried rice
