In a bowl, lightly whisk the eggs, then whisk in the pepper and cheeses
- 10 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 3 oz. Asiago cheese, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 3 oz. Provolone cheese, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 tsp. olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 2 Creminelli sausages, cut into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1 cup thinly sliced green onions, both white and light green portions
- 1/4 cup finely diced roasted red bell pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
Cranberry Orange Muffins

In a small bowl, stir together cranberries and 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp boiling water
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2/1 /2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (8 fl oz) milk
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp grated orange peel
Taco Soup

In a soup kettle, brown the ground beef or turkey and drain any fat
- Garnishes:
- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 15-0z cans black beans,drained
- 1 14.5 oz can corn, drained or kernels from 3-4 ears of corn
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1-3 tsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 16 oz container salsa of your choice
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
- 3 pints ice cream (such as strawberry, coffee, mint-chip, banana)
- softened slightly, if necessary
- Assorted decorations (such as sprinkles and tiny candies)

TIP: To cook the eggs, whip them with a fork in a small bowl
- 4 cups cooked cold white rice (like jasmine rice)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp canola oil, divided
- 2 cups shrimp or thinly sliced pork or chicken, raw or leftover cooked
- 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1 white onion, thinly sliced (cut in half then sliced in thin strips)
- 3-4 tbsp oyster sauce or sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp powdered ginger, optional
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red peppers or cayenne pepper (optional)
- 3 green onions, sliced on the angle - green and white parts
- 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple (a good way to balance salt/sweet)
- 1/3 cup roasted cashew nuts

- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
