Ham Crescent Bites

Heat oven to 350. Unroll crescents and separate into 2 long rectangles
- l can crescent rolls
- 2 tbsp. ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup finely chopped ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Skillet Potatoes

In a large skillet heat oil and add sausage Cook until edges are browned
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
- 14 oz. smoked sausage, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Sliced Baked Potatoes

Preheat oven to 400. Slice potatoes about 1/4" thick and toss slices with butter or oil
- 4-5 potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted or 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4-5 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
