- 4 green onions, thinly sliced

Loaded Baked Potato Salad Recipe

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 3 dill pickles, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups (12 ounces) sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 teaspoons prepared mustard
Cranberry Orange Relish

Directions Combine orange juice, water and both sugars in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1-2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier (optional)
- 1 tsp. orange zest

Cranberry Orange Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour 2 medium size loaf pans
- Orange glaze:
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 8-oz. block cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- zest of 2 oranges
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, roughly chopped
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- zest of one orange
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice
