Tomatoes & Cucumbers in Dill

- 1 tsp. splenda sweetener
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill weed

- 1 cup sliced red onion
- 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
American-Italian Pasta Salad

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until el dente, rinse under cold water and drain
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. fusilli pasta
- 1 cup frozen petite peas, thawed
- 2 (2 oz.) cans sliced black olives
- 1 cup cubed genoa salami
- 3/4 cup chopped green onions
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (.7 oz.) pkg. dry italian-style salad dressing mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. milk
Macaroni Salad (Michele's)

Boil, drain and rinse macaroni in cold water
- 4 handfuls macaroni
- 10 oz. canned chicken
- 8 oz. sweet peas
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups miracle whip (until salad is moist)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 small pickle, diced with up to a tbsp. of juice
Strawberry-Banana Smoothie Pops

Turn a strawberry-banana smoothie, or your favorite blended concoction, into freezer pops for a cool treat
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt, or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail, or pomegranate juice
- 1 tbsp. pure maple syrup
Potato Pancakes

Assemble blender. Put eggs, onion, salt, flour, baking powder and 1/2 cup potato cubes into blender container

- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
