Triple Chocolate Bliss

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix, 2 layer
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. jello chocolate instant pudding,
- 4 oz. size
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 cups thawed cool whip, divided
- 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate, 8 squares
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
Pumpkin Pie

Mix: sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (15 oz.) pure pumpkin
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 9" unbaked, deep-dish pie shell
Cherry Oatmeal Muffins

In a large bowl combine oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, nutmeg and salt
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup splenda
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs, slightly beatein
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 cup forzen or canned drained tart
- cherries, coarsely chopped in a
- food processor
- Also - extra oatmeal
2-Minute Cake with Almond Flour

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until the mixture is even and smooth (no lumps)
- 1/4 cup truvia baking blend
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. half and half

- 1 large slice grapefruit
- 1 tangerine, substitute 2 if small
- 1/2 cucumber, peel and slice
- 2 fresh peppermint leaves, not the oil
- ice, as much as you like
Chicken Pot Pie (best recipe)

Combine broth, 1 cup water, carrots and potatoes in medium saucepan
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed chicken broth
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 4 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 refrigerated unbaked pie crust
- 2 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- I substituted frozen vegetables for these 2 items and it worked well.
Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Filling:
- 6 unbreaded chicken breast filets, thawed
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded pizza cheese blend
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Shake & Bake Potatoes

- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 envelope Shake & Bake

Pretzel Torte

- Beat together:
- 2 cups pretzels (crushed, not fine)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
