Maurice Salad Dressing

Mix all ingredients well, if too thick, add milk
- 2 c Mayonaisse
- 3 T finely chopped parsley, much less if dried
- 1 T finely chopped onion
- 2 hard boiled eggs finely chopped
Easy Ritz Toffee

Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil
- 40 Ritz™ crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 bag (11 1/2-ounces) milk chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 1 tablespoon Betty Crocker™ candy sprinkles
Slow Cooker Apple and Pear Sauce

Place all ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker, stirring just to combine
- 2 pounds apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 pounds pears, peeled and coarsely chopped
- ¾ cup pure maple syrup
- ¾ cup water
- 1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 1 vanilla bean, cut lengthwise and seeds scraped or 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cinnamon stick
Cannoli Cheeseball

In med bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth
- 8 oz. brick cream cheese, at room temp
- 1/2 c ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1-3/4 c mini chocolate chips, divided
- Vanilla Wafers or graham crackers for serving
Chocolate Pie

Put crushed wafers in pie pan
- 1/2 box vanilla wafers, crushed
- 2-1/2 pints whipped cream (2 small cartons)
- 2-8 oz. Hershey bars with almonds
Peanut Butter Blueberry Cups

Line a muffin tin with muffin liners
- 24oz. Siggi's Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter, Melted
- 1/4 Cup Blueberries
Tartar Sauce

Mix everything but salt and pepper in small bowl
- 1 c homemade mayonnaise
- 1 T fresh chives
- 2 T chopped cornichons or other small dill pickles
- 1 T capers, drained
- 1 large hard-cooked egg, peeled and chopped
- 1-1/2 lemon juice
- 1/2 t cornichon juice from jar
- 1/4 t dried tarragon, basil or parsley
- 1/8 t ground red pepper
- salt and pepper
Hot Chicken Salad

Mix all together except onion and cheese
- 2 c cut up chicken breast
- 1/2 c slivered almonds
- 1 c sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c cut up pimento
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 c French fried onions
- 3/4 c grated cheese (either parmesan or cheddar)
Perfect Baked Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350 and set a rack inside a rimmed baking sheet
- 3 lbs. potatoes (about 6 medium), scrubbed
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- Pepper
- 4 T unsalted butter
- 4 oz. grated sharp yellow cheddar
- For servings: sour cream, chives, bacon
