- 16 oz. store bought pizza dough
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated pecorino Romano cheese
- Pepper
- 1/2 pound bacon slices, cut into 1/2 inch strips, cooked and drained
- 2 scallions, sliced
Pretzel Crusted Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- For the Pretzel Crust
- 2 cups pretzels, finely crushed
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- For the Chocolate Cake
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 cup hot French vanilla coffee
- For the Frosting
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream milk as needed to thin
Orecchiette with Red Onions, Almonds and Green Olives

1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions
- 12 ounces orecchiette (or another small pasta)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for serving
- 2 medium red onions, chopped
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 2/3 cup pitted green olives, chopped
- 2/3 cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan (about 2 ounces), plus more for serving

- 12 oz. dried bucatini
- 1 c half and half
- 2 egg yolks
- 1-2 t pepper

- 1 T minced garlic
- 1/2 c shredded Parmesan

- 3 C sugar
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 C peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
- 2 T molasses
- 1 T vanilla
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 t salt
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/4 c chocolate chips
- 3/4 hard pretzels, mashed into crumbs
- 10 bacon strips, cooked crisp and chopped fine
