Beef Olive Spread

Soak onion in wine for a few minutes
- 1 t instant minced onion
- 1 T wine
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 2 T mayo
- 3 oz (1 pkg) sliced dried beef
- 1/4 c chopped or sliced green olives
Apple Double Cherry Pie

Thaw cherries overnight in fridge
- 2 c frozen tart pitted cherries
- 2 c frozen dark sweet pitted cherries
- Pie Crust for double crust
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- 4 c thinly sliced, peeled baking apples
- Milk
- Sugar
Cold Oven Chicken

Starting with a cold oven, drizzle chicken breast with oil and one of the seasonings
- 6-8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Oil
- A seasoning from below;
- Barbecue
- 1/4 cup barbecue seasoning
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- Mustard Tarragon
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons course salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh Herb
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh meant
- Three cloves minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Greek Tzatziki

Combine garlic, vinegar, shallots and dill in food processor and pulse until finely chopped but not puréed
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed and finely chopped
- 2 T white vinegar
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 3/4 c loosely packed dill, chopped
- 1 English cucumber, peeled and grated
- 2-1/2 c geek yogurt
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t pepper
Hidden Valley Spinach Dip

Mix together and serve
- 1 oz packet of Ranch Party Dip
- 1 pint sour cream
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 8 oz can water chestnuts, chopped
Party Casserole

Soften cream cheese and add cottage cheese and sour cream and set aside
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c cottage cheese
- 1/3 + c sour cream
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 bunch green onions + tops
- Dash onion salt, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper
- 3/4 of 8 oz pkg med-wide noodles
Emerald Isle Stew

In Dutch oven on med-high, heat oil, add beef, cook until brown
- 1 T oil
- 1 med onion
- 1 lb. round steak cut in 1" cubes
- 5-6 large carrots
- 1-10 1/2 oz. can beef broth
- 3 stalks celery
- 3-4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1-10 1/2 oz. can golden mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1 / t thyme
- pepper
Hormel Ham Dip

Mix it all ingredients together and let it chill for a couple hours
- 2 cans Hormel ham
- 2 8oz packages cream cheese
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1 T dried onions
- 1 T parsley
- 1 small package slivered almonds
- I bag everything bagel chips
All-Butter Pie Crust

In a large bowl, whisk together flour and kosher salt
- 3-3/4 c flour
- 3 (1-1/2 c) sticks unsalted butter, cold and cut into 1/2" pieces
- 3/4-1 c cold water
- 1-1/2 t kosher salt
Vinaigrette

Whisk together first three ingredients
- 1/2 red wine vinegar
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c extra virgin olive oil
