Mary's Delicious Cheesecake

- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 - 8 oz. pkges cream cheese softened
- 3 eggs
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Taco Salad - Family Style

This taco salad is as beautiful as it is tasty
- . In a 2-1/2-quart glass salad bowl, layer:
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1-1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
- 1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- . For dressing: combine in a smaller bowl and mix with a whisk:
- 1 (6-ounce) carton avocado dip
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chili peppers, drained
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
James' lasagna

Brown burger
- 1 pound of hamburger
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 pkg lipton onion soup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 TSP pepper
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups Armes a
- 1 lb hamburger
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- One and one half cups of water
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 TSP pepper
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
Mary Jo's Wild Rice Soup

I also like to add cooked cubed chicken
- Add all to the following:
- 3/4 cup wild rice
- pinch of salt
- 3 cups water
- Boil for 15 minutes and drain.
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- mushrooms, opt.
- Cook. with water until tender or can saute' in a little oil.
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 can chicken broth
- 3-4 cups milk
- 1 lb. Velvetta cheese, cubed
Crazy Good Casserole

Cook and crumble bacon. While bacon is cooking, cut chicken into bite size chunks
- 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 strips bacon
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 16 oz. box dried spiral pasta
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Pierogi Casserole

Place the potatoes in a large pan with water and boil till the potatoes are tender
- 5 good sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 of a 16 oz. package lasagna noodles
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. fresh chives
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 pound bacon, diced
- 6 cloves of fresh garlic
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz. container) sour cream
- 350 oven

1. Pat 1 can crescent rolls into a lightly greased 9X13 inch pan
- Crescent Pizza
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 1-1/2 lbs hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 15 ounce can pizza sauce
- 12 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4-6 ounces shredded cheddar Cheese
Simple Beef Flavored Gravy

- 3 teaspoons beef bouillon
