  • Liquid to pour over the meatballs:
  • 2 pounds raw hamburger
  • 1 package onion soup mix..
  • 2 cups raw minute rice
  • shape into meatballs... I use my large scoop
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 46 oz. tomato juice
  • I also add a little brown sugar
  • Mix and pour over the meatballs
