Loaded Garlic Ranch Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 9 pounds red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
- 6 tbsp. ranch dressing seasoning powder
- 1 1/2 cup bacon, chopped (or bacon bits)
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- Additional bacon, cheese, and chives for garnish (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put potatoes and garlic in large pan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat and drain.
3. Mash potatoes and garlic with butter, milk and salt.
4. Stir in ranch seasoning, bacon, cheddar cheese, Parmesan Cheese and chives.
