Slow Cooker Chinese Lemon Chicken with Broccoli

1. Cut chicken into large chunks
- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 can (12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 6 tbsp ketchup
- Bag of Baby Carrots
- 1 large head broccoli, chopped into florets (or 1 lb. bag frozen florets)
- White rice, cooked

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 pound(s) green beans, trimmed and cut in half
- 3 large shallots
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cup coarse fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon + fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- Pepper
- 2 cups Skim Milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons All-purpose Flour
- Dash Nutmeg
- 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic Hummus (without Tahini)

1. Add all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth
- 15 oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) drained and rinsed
- 5-6 medium cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp paprika, plus more for garnish

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 4 baking potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 slices bacon - cooked and crumbled

- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
