Tuscan Pasta With Tomato-Basil Cream

- 1 (20-oz.) package refrigerated four-cheese ravioli*
- 1 (16-oz.) jar sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 2 medium-size fresh tomatoes, chopped**
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Garnish: fresh basil strips
Taffy Apple Salad

Combine the pineapple chunks and marshmallows
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks - drained with juice reserved
- 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups roasted Spanish peanuts
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 tart apples - peeled, cored and chopped

Generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish
- Sauce:
- 12 slices home-style white bread, cut into 1-inch cubes, divided
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cold cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 12 large eggs
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon butter

- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
- 1 Land O Lakes® All-Natural Egg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- baking sprinkles and/or sugars of your choice
Soft-Baked Andes Mint Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup (1 stick or 115g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 3/4 cup (150g) light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups and 1/4 cups (285g) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups (340g) chopped Andes Mints OR Andes Mints Creme de Menth Baking Chips
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk (if needed, see note)
Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes | Real Mom Kitchen

Place pork chops, ranch seasoning and soup into a crock pot on low heat for 6 hours
- 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 pkg dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 4 lbs peeled, cubed potatoes
- 5 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 cloves roasted garlic (directions in notes)
- 1 to1 1/2 cups milk (any milk will do, I used skim)
- 1 Tbsp salt, or to taste
- fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Snickers Dip

1 Soften cream cheese. 2 Cream the cream cheese until fluffy
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 6 Snickers candy bars, chopped into small chunks (or 20 fun size snickers)
- 1 lb small pretzels, for dipping
S'more Cheesecake

- Crust:
- 2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- Filling:
- 2 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
