Golden Oreo Truffles

Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 package Golden Oreos or Regular Oreos, finely crushed (about 4.5 cups)
- 2 Ghirardelli White Chocolate or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bars (8 oz total)

1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth
- 1 c butter
- 1 c white sugar
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 c. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp hot water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c chopped walnuts (optional)
Poppyseed Bread

For the bread: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/8 cups cooking oil
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 T. poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp butter flavoring extract (or 1 1/2 tsp melted butter can be substituted)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp butter flavor extract (or 1 1/2 tsp melted butter can be substituted)
Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- For the Pumpkin Bars:
- 4 eggs
- 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 15-ounce can pumpkin
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- For the Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ham Balls

(Ground meats can easily be found at a butcher shop)
- Sauce:
- 2 1/2 lb ground smoked ham
- 2 lb ground pork
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 3 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. tomato soup
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
French Dip Crescents

Unroll crescents onto a large cookie sheet
- 2 packages crescent rolls, 8 count
- 1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces Swiss or provolone cheese, cut in 16 equal sized pieces
- optional: Horseradish Sauce
- optional: Au Jus for dipping (package mix from grocery store)
Bacon Ranch Chicken

Combine bacon, garlic, ranch dressing mix, soup and sour cream
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp of Real bacon bits
- 1 tsp of Minced garlic
- 1 pkg ranch dressing mix
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- cooked egg noodles
Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C)
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 8 ounces American cheese, cubed
- 8 ounces processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta), cubed
- 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
